My furlenco tenure was getting over hence I bought similar items from furlenco before the tenure ends.(Didn't want to renew it, wanted new one) They never came to pick up the old items. I called CS team they said they have raised a reque...

Just saw a couple of Reddit posts about Furlenco not taking back their furnitures and literally ghosting customers.

Their website is also down and tells you to use the app instead.

Why would you (PM?) halt a complete website experience...
