I said this to a friend of mine. The chicken they serve itself is probably not chicken or atleast bad meat masked with the favors. We got into an argument where i saying it is possible to cheat on the meat by masking it with flavors. He took it so personally that he started enquiring with a friend who is a chef from a 5 star hotel. He said the same. Since i spoiled his love for chicken, He came back with bigger bomb - many hotels, including star hotels carry over the balance food from previous day and use it to serve in the buffet next day. I could not eat buffet food from the next day. When cost reduction is india's trump card for profitability, this is bare minimum one should know.
Someone spoiled my appetite, am passing on that goodwill.
