My manager who is also one of the CXOs of the company, repeatedly gaslights me into thinking that I’m not good enough. My performance ratings of last couple of years is one of the best yet I haven’t seen any substantial growth. I don’t know how does it justify higher performance rating when I’m not doing enough/good enough.
Are they planning or yet to give the increment? CXOs generally go into this mood when increments are near by or you ask for raise.
