Gemini Advanced is working like normal. Why do you need VPN?
This is the Android app, which is not currently available in India. It replaces Google Assistant.. I got the APK from a friend in the US, then used ProtonVPN connected to a US server to activate it.

Yes, it's multimodal. Take images as input, and also able to generate images using the Imagen model
