Need to know if this is good enough or should i ask for more. I’m not really good at negotiation and currently I’m getting 11.5 lpa with 9.5 as fixed. Only thing is that i need to relocate to Hyderabad.
I am working in HPE and currently getting 12.5 lpa fixed. I have 4 years of experience.
Is it the right track or financially I can do better?
This is good but always have a target. Maybe 15-20 with 5 yoe.
This is fair. if u you are in R&D you get benefit of work life balance ( again depends on whether you are in storage, servers , networks etc). I would say keep the learning curve high along with work.
