What do you guys think about reviews on glassdoor -
I feel positive 5 star reviews- HR has deliberately asked folks to do it
Negative 1 star reviews - the employee had some grudge against someone or maybe their own performance could be poor as well.
How seriously should you consider these reviews before you join any org?
Always get in touch with existing team folks and folks who have left the org to get a better picture. All organisations aren’t rosy and neither are people.

Also, F*** GLASSDOOR, the worst shit out there. It is quite problematic how manipulated those reviews are.
