Goldman Sachs WLB

Hey all, I'm expecting an offer from Goldman Sachs for an analyst role. But I've read quite a lot of negative reviews around its work like balance. So much so that people don't even leave their desk for lunch, they do have to work until 10 p.m., toxic managers, office politics etc. On top of that, I've read that they are laying off too.

Need advice.

It depends, But in my teams, usually people start working after 12-1 pm and work till 10 PM

Highly depends on the team There are days when I login at 11 and logout at 8 But then sometimes you have to stay up late till 12-1 too It's highly dependent on your team and your teams commitments...
