I have once heard about different animals in stock market and how many are there. 1% bulls who pump price. 1% bears who dump the price. 0.1% whales the institutional investors and hedge funds. Remaining are pigs 97.9% who "follow the trend" and put "avid stock trader" in their bio also follow dumb tiktok insta reels.

Every business is a gamble. A guy opens a hotel, he thinks a certain number of people will eat that day/ week/year and plans things. It's a gamble. The only difference between a trader and other business is the timeline. In trading loss happens faster, in other business in happens over days/week/year.
