Good society in Bangalore for parents??

We are looking for a good society to buy a 3bhk for our parents. Considering they don't need much travel, no school proximity restrictions etc, but at least good accessibility to regular items like groceries, malls, markets etc with good social cosmo crowd where some mix events are also celebrated, they can pay reasonable maintenance and enjoy the rest of their time... Pls note budgeted options are preferred so kindly mention the range of society flat as well.. Resale preferred eo that they can shift asap

There are some other factors at play that you may want to consider:

  1. Mother tongue / Roots. Not so much for the ghettos, just to ensure you have access to staples & some same-lingual friends. eg. Tams are happiest in Malleswaram, Rajajinagar; Malayli's in Kumaraswamy Layout; North Indians in Whitefield / North Bangalore; Kannadigas in Jayanagar.

  2. Access to you? Shouldn't it be close to where you are at if at all you're frequently visiting.

  3. Travel. Would they be traveling frequently, would they need easy access to BIAL / Majestic.

  4. Healthcare - do they need specific access to healthcare in the near future. "buying" is a long term anchor.
