Which startup has good product design team culture in India?
Phonepe is quite decent. Neither great, nor bad. Bad Work life balance though. A few teams are toxic
No it's not. After working 8 years in foreign companies, I can say Phonepe culture is not good and too immature Like those Desi startups just lil sugar-coated.
None. All indian startups are ruthless when it comes to work culture. Either they pay you peanuts and have good work culture OR they pay you average and have bad culture. So in both the cases, you are bound to leave within 1-2 years.
Gojek till 2022 - before the layoffs / leadership exits. IMO the design team culture in Bangalore is still good but it’s overshadowed by company’s financial troubles and morale issues.
Many teams in Flipkart are good. Not amazing, but good.
