As a fresher, join whichever pays well. Both are big name companies and have several products. 3-4 years in, you'll open yourself for a lot of new opportunities.

Start with Google and spend at least 2-3 years.

Don't fall into the trap of quitting the job and selling the DSA course.

After 2-3 years you can decide whether to stay in the company (you can change team/project as well if you want).

Or change the company.
