Today I got a very interesting call from the HR. After passing one technical round with the hiring manager and the technical test, the HR told me that I am rejected because I am not from a tier 1 institute and my 1.5 years of FTE experience is not the same as compared to the students who WILL pass out this year from a tier 1 institute.
It's good for you but bad for them. Better never consider this company again in future and let us also know the name of the company. Before they reject us we will reject that company.
