Do you think this is a good offer and should I join?
I'm currently working as a Product Designer IC 2 at a startup in Bengaluru.
Isn’t it obviously a really great offer? More than double the compensation.
That is true, but what I'm unsure about is the work culture of fynd (I've heard it's pretty bad) and is it worth moving to mumbai considering the rents and cost of living there?
You'll never hear of a place where work culture is good. When you do, give it 6 months, and you won't thereafter.
Anyway teams and orgs within companies have subcultures. You can't extrapolate.
Go with the second offer If you want less salary if not then go with the offer with larger salary
