For me I have idm+, i brought it for 1 rupee using some discount. Some benifits are no ads in any website. I can download any video which is playable except on YouTube. There much more options but I don't use them.
I'll state some paid apps GTA San Andreas : Most mobile games are meh. Nothing beats this for killing 5-15 mins ...
