good decision. Now they should replace the percentage systems in school with GPA on a scale of 4. Right now the difference between 75 and 100 is quite big and students fail based on cutoffs with a difference of .5 marks. While on a GPA scale of 4, the difference between 75 to 100 is reduced down to 3 to 4. This is a better scale since it promotes learning and writing in own words rather than writing things with rotten learning which forces students to write the exact words from books in the exam.
