Guidance Needed for Transition into Java Developer Role
Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well in your personal and professional lives.
To briefly share my journey—I graduated in civil engineering but found limited opportunities and salary growth in the field. After some time, I transitioned into the telecom sector, where I gained better recognition and compensation. However, after four years, my career growth stagnated, and I realized that having a higher salary also comes with the risk of layoffs.
To secure a stable and rewarding career, I decided to shift to the IT sector and pursued Java programming, from fundamentals to advanced concepts, through an institute. Unfortunately, the institute did not provide placement assistance or project-building experience, so I took the initiative to work on projects independently.
Now, I am seeking guidance on how to successfully transition into a Java developer role. I would appreciate any recommendations on entry-level opportunities and advice on improving my CV, as I have faced some rejections.
Thank you in advance for your support!
