Guidance on Career Growth for a Mobile App Developer with Non-Technical Background

I come from a non-technical background, having completed a BSc (not BTech or BCA). Despite this, my passion for mobile app development led me to become a mobile app developer, specializing in native Android development using Java and Flutter. As I look toward the future, what new technologies should I focus on learning? Also, is it important for me to learn Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to advance in my career

Also in the same boat buddy, I would say DSA and algo is must have for interviews, also I would stress on design patterns as you work on bigger projects these will come in handy.
