Since you asked… (pardon me for a tangential topic)… did you try intermittent fasting? Lost 12ish KGs just by doing IF.
Plus it’s got other benefits - improved focus, saves time (thinking about / planning / actually eating) for 1-2 meals. It also naturally forces you to eat better (because you can’t start with a heavy meal - you end up starting with fruits / dry fruits etc).
Guys, I need a recommendation app/site which we can use for tracking diet/intake .. if posible get diet recommendations. Also, it would be great if we can input our workout and get recommendations based on that or input medical test resu...
Does anyone know of good personal fitness trainers for basic level in and around Bellandur/Koramangala ? Going to gym doesn’t worked out for me and need this for accountability.
