Has anyone had success with Pixis?

I have done POCs with their product in two organisations that I have worked with. Both times their results were underwhelming and not at all in line with their commitments. To the point their SPOC asked us to stop the experiment as it won’t be fruitful. How are they justifying their business model if the solution doesn’t work. Just sprinkling the AI magic dust in investors eyes?
