Have little doubt about ESOPs mentioned in my offer letter

I have recently received an offer from a startup and my offer letter says that I will receive esops (post round).

What does post round here mean?

Most likely, they will raise funds in a funding round and after that, they will give you esops.

Please make sure the amount and others details about your esops are properly stated in the offer letter.
