Have no idea what to do next

Hey everyone I am an SDE-3 at a Unicorn Startup, having around 4 years experience. I have been doing well as per society norms, got promoted in two companies, earning above 50LPA( all cash ). Even after all of this, feel like something is missing, always feel like I am not doing great considering people are earning 70-90LPA with my experience at various companies. I don’t know what should I do post this, switching is too much pain and have already switched two times so don’t think that will solve my problem Just very confused what to do with my career next
