How’s the market situation currently? Are you getting enough calls? What skills are getting more attention- is it gen-ai, is it cloud, is it full stack ? What all needs to be prepped for more than 12++ yrs experience How much preparation is needed? Are the interviews getting tougher? Pls help- I’m under paid, haven’t got hike, bonus, gdp nothing i got and been given stupid reasons and no approvals for leaves also..
