Crying isn’t easy. At least I feel that.
Sometimes it’s good to let go of whatever is troubling them by crying their heart out.

But at they need to sit for at least a few minutes and try to assess what is happening and what are the things under their control.

If they can change the outcome by even a lil bit then focus on that.

I cry everyday and every time in my mind 🥹

I did once, Got too emotional like an idiot. Since then i have my emotions under control. Its better now 🙂
