Start using millets and protein diet.

I have seen significant changes in my weight , sugar levels and food carving after adopting these changes.

Take whole grain from market and search Miller in your area and get flour from your whole grain so idea is to avoid pre packed Bajra/jowar/ragi flour and started getting it from Miller.  Start using below millets.

  1. Pearl Millet : Bajra

  2. Kodo milllet : Kodo

  3. Little millet : Kutki

  4. Sorghum : Jowar

  5. Raggi    You can refer some good and tasty recipes ⬇️

Not completely dairy free, but selectively consume dairy now. Akshaykalpa A2 milk products and regular dahi once in a while. No issues with gluten

I had a bad spate of adult acne few years ago, no solutions seemed to work until someone pointed out the dairy connection. The acnes disappeared within a week of cutting out dairy.
