Iam a product deisgner , I was working for an edtech company, I was the sole product deisgner, the company launched a platform which failed beacuse of complex ux and ui. It was a platform for kids to learn data science and machine learning.... It was hard to convince the ceo to go slow and don't add lot if feature to the product , the guy came up with lot of features. And I was designing 20 screens per day. We got lot if user onboardz but nothing was build to perfection not even a single feature. And now after launch he got fire from investors for burning cash without a good product. People were not paying and he fired me and had the team telling them are going in maintance mode. And also asked me to help with some ui fix. I sometimes wonder y founders can't pick up some red flags that a fresher can identify on what is going wrong.
They had offered me fulltime thank God I didint tale it.

It's was hard to see some products which had lot of potential messed up because of bad leadership.
