  4. Build a sustainable model rather then depend on external funds

We did start a web development services company, while working fulltime. Reached our 3 months financial goal in just 30 days. There's a ton of money to be made. We ended up shutting it down primarily because of

  1. Time constraints, we shouldn't have been doing two things at once.
  2. Indian clients were assholes, they used to treat us as if we were their slaves. Everyone wanted VIP service when they wanted to pay as little as possible.
