HCL in its prime days really was a good company, but with time the company is kind of dying, I don’t know who’s responsible for that. And Infosys, well we can see that all over the internet. So, there’s nothing more to say about Infosys as a workplace.

Between HCL vs Infosys, HCL might have a better work culture because they don’t have promising projects, as far as I have heard. Aur Infosys mein the salary is good. So, you have to make your priorities straight. Tumhare liye jo important hoga, us hisaab se you make your pick.

Dono hi achche nahi hai between HCL vs Infosys. If you’re a fresher and is dire need of a job, inme se try karo there won’t be a problem. But, I still think these startups these days have more work ethics than Infosys. And coming to HCL, it really has lost its reputation over the years.
