Healthy Diet Plan

I'm 24 years old(M) and I have a little bit of belly fat. I have recently joined a gym. What should be my diet plan?

Start with cutting down sugar intake to 1 tsp/day or less, and cut down on the junk food completely. Have one cheat day like sunday but this is eligible only if you're active at the gym on all the other 6 days of the week. This should be a good starting point

Add to this 1-1.5x body weight (kg) grams of protein. You are set good enough for atleast a year.

Depends., weight loss and fat loss is different..!
You can just track your calories and eat less than that calorie you can easily lose weight within few weeks. Which is not recommended.
Make fitness as a lifetime activity rather than focusing on losing weight or just for once. Got to gym. Lift weights eat clean( as mentioned in the previous comment avoid processed sugar, junk foods) eat whole foods like meat, eggs, veggies, fruits., and the main thing you need to focus on portion size. If your craving to eat cake, just have a bite and satisfy your taste buds instead of eating whole piece.
Weight training and counting your calories not only helps you to loose weight but also muscle gain. More muscle- more metabolism- more fat loss..! Feel free to comment if there is something wrong with my suggestion.

I prefer to you do more cardio exercises instead of weight exercises.

Or do maximum body weight exercises

Like Push-ups, Chinn-up, Pull-ups, squat, etc.

Because once you start doing the body weight exercises, your inner strength and stamina automatically will be increase. For belly fat do basic Abdominal exercises.

You see the good results, and balance the diet accordingly.

If you want to eat sugar like cake, biscuits etc eat before hitting the GYM.So you can easily burn the sugar and it will be not store in your body.
