Have worked in an MNC for 3.5+years in L1 support , looking for switch in career. Want to pursue a career in AI/ML or Data Science, since no experience in this field, after going through online courses how else do I get a job as most companies ask for some yeaes of hands on experience?
Do some hands on project, complete end to end, work on all the aspects of the project, frontend, backend, database, AI/ML integration, hosting the same on cloud using server and/or serverless architectures, it’s definitely going to take some time but it’s worth it. Initially you’ll feel the difficulty of not understanding anything, but within 2-4 weeks you’ll start to understand the whole picture of how it works. It’s all perseverance. All the best.
