I’ve received two offers and need your advice! Vois(Vodafone) : hybrid-office (2 days/week). Offer:15 lpa Mindtree : Hybrid model (mix of office and remote). Offer:17lpa and I have 4 years of experience as an gcp data engineer. I value growth opportunities, a stable and non-toxic work culture, and long-term stability. If you’ve worked at or know about these companies, could you share some insights that will help me choose one of them.
