Help me validate my 'Dream man' list
Disclaimer: I am not looking for any man, just want to confirm I am not delusional and can find such a person with all these qualities
So, I was talking about the list and my friends laughed that I can't find one person who has all of these Here's it, for your review
- Can cook (proper cooking, not maggi)
- Can keep house clean (not mopping, just generally not throwing stuff around or leaving things and forgetting about them)
- Can take care of himself (doesn't need to be babysit)
- not a mumma's boy (you can love your mom but not run to her for everything)
- Loves Bollywood (I like bollywood)
- Loves cricket (I don't understand sports other than cricket)
- Loves tea (I am tea > coffee person)
- Is not an early bird (I cannot have ball of energy jumping around early morning)
- understands Finance and investing better than regular people (because important)
- Taller than me, that's a given thing (I'm 5'8")
- Be decent funny but not make crass jokes on others (I think that's basic)
- Most importantly, not want kids. I don't want them biological or test tubes or adoption
You have to answer if these are can be one-man possibility Do not come back with "What do you bring to the table?" 😒

anyway, slowly-slowly all these requirements will start to vanish
and you'll realise most of these things don't matter, it will take you time to understand what really matters
till then just date around
and don't look for guy who is exactly like you, find someone who complements your qualities

Lol, sorry but it's a stupid list. If someone is all rounder, like me, knows all household work, cooks properly, he has to be an early bird. Otherwise you cannot do those stuffs and at the same time maintain your physique. I miss, 8,10 and 12 btw. wish you good luck

Let me be real here- So the guy should
- Cook
- Clean
- Manage finances
- Not listen to mum and listen to you
- Be funny
- Be tall
- Not expect kids
And they wonder why modern marriages are failing apart? Let me mansplain here - if you don't also bring all of these to the table then - a. You won't find a dude. b. You find a dude and he is miserable for the rest of his life.

The checklist seems to be put together in 10 minutes and misses out on level 2 thinking.
Relationships are not purely on X Y Z characteristics but how you react to life situations, which showcases priorities. Job in a different city. Parent falls ill. Major joint expense. What will you do? How will you prioritise your partner and how much will you compromise.
