Hey guyss!..Any tips on how to get into VLSI Industry?

Hello folks...As a fresher I've noticed many companies hesitate to hire freshers into VLSI related jobs.It Would be great ,if anyone can tell me what's the specific thing that the recruiters look for in a fresher, if they had to hire one.

Whats your current background? VLSI has frontend and backend domains, read about it. Some specific backend jobs are crazy hectic, whereas frontend is more relaxing though depends a lot on the company. If you are from a tier 1 college, companies will directly come for recruitment. Tier 2 and tier 3, two options. Do masters in vlsi from a decent college, companies recruit you. Second join a vlsi training institute, then work as temp in the industry for few years and after that full time

Right!! I'm from a T-3 college currently in my final semester in Btech. Knowing all these,I've enrolled into a training institute for Analog Layout Design. I've done some projects on both frontend and backend, noticing the trends thought that backend would be more demanding in the next 10 years. I Just wanted to know that if I'm in the right path😅
