Hi Everyone, I have a very basic question. I hope someone responds. What do 'Consultants' actually do? How does one become a consultant?

Consultants : consultants are hired based on area/ functional expertise or skill or experience. They are mainly for jobs where the individual has to execute strategies (identify/Mobilse/ execute) that best fits for the business in question/ situations. Consultants are either contract employees or even permanent depends on role/ function/ org. This is just a generic explanation of the role if you have more details it will be easy to explain.

Consultants consult companies to help execute strategies that they are bot aware of.
