Hi Grapevine, Need investment ideas for regular income.

Total Piece of Land Available In Bihar - 7 Properties which is appx 12,000 square ft. each, no construction made yet so it’s not generating income. Liquid Cash - 1Cr ( available for investment ) [ ALL THIS BELONGS TO MY DAD ]

Now where should we invest and in what to generate a cash flow, as every land is sitting ideal and so is the money and my dad is really interested in a business, he’s still working and so am I so we need such investment that doesn’t need our presence all the time, once in a while is cool.
