Hike expectation while switching from deloitte
I joined deloitte in april 2024 with 26.5 fixed as senior consultant ( full stack , react and node ) and is it right to switch if yes so how much i can expect hike

Can anyone tell me how is the working culture and work life balance in Deloite in comparison to PwC,KPMG and EY?what should be the order of rank in terms working culture and work life balance with rank1 being best rank4 being the worst ?Do Deloitte practice micromanagement at work ?
Mostly its depends on client but there is no micromanagement and its better then other i think. And you can not feel presure . Work life balance is rank 1
Yup, it depends on client and your engagement manager, I recently joined Deloitte and unfortunately got assigned for project where ppl are working after hours and expecting me to do same, let's see how it goes. Maybe I'll try to switch in short time 🙂
If you join product based company then its better to switch. If you want to go to service based, then you should consider staying.
You can easily touch 40 fix in other big4s if not directly then with help of counter offers.
