Unless it’s consistently cheaper than pvt players, the adoption will plateau as the customer experience is much worse.
ONDC is the opposite of UPI. UPI is bad for banks as they have to pay to maintain infra but great for customers as it’s free. ONDC seems great for sellers but meh for customers.

Am really utopia how much these influencers paid to show how ONDC will destroy Swiggy and Zamato, any sensible businessman knows ONDC short term play which will get defunct very soon.!!
