How are younger folks dealing with the market right now?

As someone with 2-4 years of experience in non-tech with a salary of less than 10LPA, how are people dealing with the meagre salary hikes? In my case, I know that my contribution hasn't translated into the hike I've got and I've also expressed my concern about it but there doesn't seem to be anything happening.

Note: I'm talking about undergraduates.
