Have been trying to through LinkedIn and personal network, but something just doesn’t click. Salary is also an issue, most of the jobs are paying less than what I earn here in India.
Whats the way?
After the startup boom, pays have increased for folks. That’s not the same case in Dubai. Only thing maybe very less taxes but Dubai’s cost of living is quite high(specifically rent).
Try to get in touch with some headhunters based out of Dubai. Mindfield resources, Mackenzie Jones, etc. There would be others as well, which are smaller than the mentioned ones but might help you get into some good roles.
Ecomm is still not big in dubai. And off course you get better salary in flipkart given the size of co and backing of Wal-Mart. So stick to India unless you have genuine reason.
