Arrange for a bi-annual week long eWaste collection drive for the entire complex - tie up with a certified e Waste company to ensure it's disposed off properly.
The bulk collection gets the best eWaste vendors interested. If you don't know who they are, just ask your office facilities manager - they'll make the connections for you.
I Never dispose of my mobile, laptop. I hear that even if deleted files can be recovered. So no risk. I use the product untill it's last breath. I am typing this on a mobile that is 4 years old. My last mobile worked for 5 yrs. I changed it when the battery just gave up. My laptop is from 2015. Screw those companies they can release a new product every year. I am not buying that shit
