How good is Oracle Fusion Technical Role to pursue a career.

Hi Folks,

I am working as an Oracle Fusion HCM technical support role. I want to know whether this role would make a great career in 10 years down the line. If yes then how to upskill myself in it. Also if this role wouldn't be best in the next 10 years in terms of career growth, which skills should I develop.
