Looking for a new job opportunity in Marketo
I have 6 years of experience in marketo and looking for a new job opportunity.
Location: Bangalore or remote
Hi, I have been Looking for digital marketing role for last 3-4 months, but couldn’t find one that’s match’s the experience and pay especially in Bangalore.
So wanted to know how is job market and any scope of improvement in coming months ?
I have around 8 years of experience and pay is north 30+ LPA. If you know or find any openings for Bangalore or remote , please do share.
Also share ways to upgrade myself based on current trends and demands.
I think your salary expectation is a bit inflated , growth marketing roles usually don't cross 20-25lpa . Seems like your last company/companies overpaid you, now you'll find it difficult to get the same kind of pay elsewhere.
@LooseGoose this is absolutely wrong information. Their payscale is well within the usuall range for digital marketing roles ( atleast for B2B software sales)
Ah okay, b2b software makes more sense. I was thinking from a d2c perspective. My bad.
But that's a very competitive area to be in also imo. Everyone's into performance and growth marketing these days or looking to get into it.
I'm seeing many more openings in d2c space comparatively speaking.

so want to understand from others who are in...
Preferably Remote. But I would like to know in general, do people with 2-3 years of experience in Performance marketing and growth get jobs from such companies?
If you/know someone who has got, please do share your experience as well!

I had to put down my paper in my current workplace without any offer in hand. I have 2 months notice period to look for a job.
I know, I know, I knowwww it isn’t a sane move with how the job market is, but the culture was...
