How is NPCI as a company to work as tech lead

I remotely knew someone at NPCI at a slightly junior level, they mentioned things moved too slow and was slightly bureaucratic

Might be worth checking with ex employees on LinkedIn as well

Tech leadership is good but the reality is quite different then what is looks like. Pls consider twice before joining.

How is the management lot of them seem to be Mba types how is the tech leadership

WLB is good but pretty terrible to work there. There is lot of red tape involved in everything and deploying everything is pain in the ass there
