Hi everyone! Considering an offer for a product designer role at Cosmofeed. Can anyone with experience there share insights on the company culture, particularly on the product and tech side? Also, I'm curious about the typical CTC range for someone with 1+ year of experience. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
My roommate used to work there as a software dev. He mentioned the tech and sales teams had a bit of a "pressure cooker" vibe, not the chillest place to be and he often put in late nights (like 9-10pm late!).
Plus, the office situation wasn't ideal. He was working in a basement of a residential building ( I would always joke around how he should carry fire suite & oxygen cylinders 🤣)
Anyway, after two years of putting in the hustle and not seeing much reward (he was only making around 10 lpa), Luckily, he had some solid offers & got into a Bangalore based startup at 24 lpa!
Thanks for the red flag alert!! 🚩 Their senior leadership thrown around some big promises to me, along with mentions of how their current product team needs restructuring. All I could tell there was a definite micromanager vibe
