How is the pay for Data Engineer with 8-9 YOE in your company ?

You can ask for anything companies will give only 32-35 lpa right now. Also asking for an unrealistic big package which is 30% for most of the companies then they will conduct all rounds and when the salary negotiation round they will simply ghost.
