That’s great, congratulations in advance. Would you mind telling what was starting salary as Sr.con? And what it is now? I am getting promoted as senior consultant this year. This would help understand where I am at compared to the market.

Comparison to the market can be difficult as the designations may sound similar but comp can depend on various factors including personal performance project performance firm performance etc. My comp was approx 13~15 lpa when I became sr con. But it accelerated during the COVID time when the market was on fire 🔥.
