How much hike do u look for when switching

When the recruiter asks u expected CTC How much do u quote so that it doesn't backfires while u get the interview as well as get a decent enough hike to switch l %hike om base? %hike on ctc? 30% being the industry standard

You quote what you really feel you deserve. If it backfires, then that's not the right company for you. Move on to the next.
