I am a React Native Developer in an average insurance (product based) company and I have just completed 1st year of my career in this company and I have handled around 5 product module of their products, basically I made it all from scratch. My salary is 4.6LPA. Now I am about to get an appraisal here but I have no idea how much I should ask or negotiate with them!?
Given market, you dont have a choice. 6-7 lacs is something u can get.

You’ll get better if u switch but can try for 20%+ raise. Although it would have already been decided for u so can’t negotiate
