My mom and siblings keep saying me how useless, pathetic, non caring and careless I am

I am extremely sorry that you went through this. There is no easy fix to this. I've seen family members suffer from this and they didn't believe that their parents were wrong.
Just remember that you are not useless or pathetic. Try to minimise contact with these people and build a support system of like minded folks. Enjoy small wins.

Reason is same as most. Haven't found anyone compatible yet. I had found one person earlier, then she moved out of country.
