How should we ask for feedback post interviews?
I went through 5 rounds of interview for leading agritech unicorn. Even went to their office for the final rounds.
For some reason i got rejected. Is there a formal way to get feedback from the panelists or hr. Already asked hr for any type of feedback but no response. I feel like the HR in India dont value the candidates time and effort.
Apologies if i sound like ranting but strongly feel that we need to improve our ethics value of organization.
Yes, most of the companies including Uber don’t give proper feedback.
If you really want one, then reach out to the hiring manager on Linkedin, ask them how you can improve. Most likely you won’t get response there.
