How to advance in PM careere

Hey folks! Lately I have a feeling of stagnation in my career as a PM. I started as an APM, got promoted and then after a switch back as an APM ( better work). What are your thoughts on how one should look at progressing?

  • for a domestic payment b2b product : drove initial adoption bringing in ~50lakhs of order value in a quarter ( 0-1 product)
    • launched a global lms product that brought complete user data to our end from the vendors (users were later cross sold products). Also led to ~40 % reduction in processing time
    • freeing up bandwidth for onground team, built the onboarding flow in the product which was offline
      above as a PM
    • broadened the top funnel of lead generation for a search product by 30% over a period of 6months
      ( as an APM )
    I have roughly 2 years of experience in product management

You are missing the double click on your role, I am sure at APM that too 0-> 1 journey, you wouldn’t be all alone, unless founder(s) playing a pseudo PM role.
